Job Overview

The Administrative Coordinator will provide critical support to the Career Development Center at IESE Business School, ensuring the smooth operation of all activities and events that aid students in their job search.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support with internal technical platforms, departmental mailboxes, data reports, event organization, and liaison with other departments.
  • Manage the job platform, including approving new companies, inserting job postings, managing deadlines, generating CV books, and providing feedback to companies.
  • Coordinate online and on-campus activities, ensuring seamless execution of events such as job fairs, corporate presentations, case competitions, and networking events.
  • Organize events, including scheduling, publishing on the student platform, logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
  • Serve as a liaison between students, companies, and IESE, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Assist Associate Directors in identifying new companies recruiting on campus and establishing contact via email and phone.
  • Produce documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
