UAV Design Engineer

At Arquimea, we are seeking a highly skilled UAV Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Aerospace, Defense, and Security division, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing UAV systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop UAV platforms, including aerodynamic and systems design
  • Prepare technical and manufacturing documentation for UAV platforms
  • Assemble prototypes and prepare test plans for UAV systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in UAV platforms
  • Proficiency in Catia or SolidWorks design software
  • Knowledge of aerodynamic calculations and flight mechanics
  • Experience with assembly, manufacturing, and maintenance processes for UAV platforms
  • Knowledge of drone piloting and aerodynamic simulation tools (XFLR5 / FLUENT / OPENFOAM) is valued
  • Level B2-C1 English language proficiency
