We are seeking a UAV Systems Engineer to join our team at Arquimea Aerospace Defence Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing UAV systems and components.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aeronautical or industrial engineering, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in UAV platforms. Proficiency in Catia or SolidWorks design software is essential, as well as knowledge of aerodynamic calculations and flight mechanics.

The position is located in our Headquarters in Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid, and we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment. We value diversity and inclusion, and all candidates will be considered equally based on their skills and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aerodynamic and systems design of UAV platforms, both fixed-wing and rotary-wing.
  • Preparation of technical and manufacturing documentation for UAV platforms.
  • Assembly of prototypes.
  • Preparation and execution of UAV test plans, both in the laboratory and in flight.
