Job Title: Sales Director MICE

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director MICE to join our team at My Way Hotels & Resorts. As a Sales Director MICE, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic sales plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) is a must, other languages such as German (native or C1) will be highly valued
