About My Way Hotels & Resorts

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior MICE Sales Executive to join our cluster sales structure. Our portfolio of luxury hotels in Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife) and Abama Resort is poised for growth, and we need someone with exceptional skills to drive business development and exceed targets.

Job Summary

The Senior MICE Sales Executive will be responsible for analysing the current customer account base, prospecting potential target markets, and identifying new accounts to grow our business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse and leverage existing relationships to increase revenue and market share.
  • Develop and execute hotel sales strategies to achieve set targets, focusing on the MICE segment.
  • Create innovative proposals for MICE requests, negotiate contracts, and maintain effective communication with Convention Bureau offices and MICE organisations.
  • Participate in educational trips, events, and fairs to promote our hotels and build strong relationships with key partners.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager in 4/5* holiday hotels.
  • Fluent English (C1) and Spanish (native or C1), with additional languages such as German being highly valued.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or Sales and Distribution.
  • Proven experience in key account management, negotiation, and persuasion.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
