We are seeking a dynamic Marketplace Recruitment Partner to join our innovative team with a strong omnichannel growth strategy. This role involves collaborating directly with the Talent Acquisition Leader to drive employer branding and recruitment initiatives within the Marketplace area.
In this position, you will be embedded within business teams to identify their needs and challenges, leveraging your expertise to design and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies. Your contributions will shape the talent strategy, align with data-driven insights, and enhance the candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Lead recruitment processes for digital profiles within the Marketplace domain.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders (Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders), ensuring alignment with their recruitment challenges and goals.
- Conduct quantitative and observational data analyses to design and execute Employer Branding and recruitment strategies.
- Develop and present activity reports to support operational and strategic decisions.

- English proficiency (C1) to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to interpret data and convey insights.
- Proven experience in digital recruitment and selection (Marketplace/e-commerce experience is highly valued).

Earnings Expectations
This role offers an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
