About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deal Desk Specialist to join our sales operations team at Semrush. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the deal process, ensuring smooth and efficient deal flow.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team to provide exceptional support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring timely deal closure and building strong relationships with Account Executives, Managers, and Directors.
  2. Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contract terms and conditions in collaboration with our legal department, ensuring compliance with company policies and alignment with company goals.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and enhance deal desk processes and best practices, driving consistent success and efficiency.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships within the organization with other departments, including finance, legal, operations, and other teams, to ensure seamless deal execution and resolve any issues during the sales process.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales is desired but not required.
  2. 1-2 years of proven inside sales experience.
  3. English proficient + any other European language (depending on region).
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Highly organized and structured to drive consistent success.
  6. Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial contract management.
  7. Proven creative problem-solving approach and analytical skills.
  8. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  9. Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) and CPQ tools.
  10. Knowledge of the SaaS industry and subscription-based business models is a plus.
