Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ITIL Consultant to join our team. As an ITIL Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing IT service management processes to ensure high-quality service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures
  • Provide training and support to IT staff on ITIL best practices
  • Conduct process assessments and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
