- Create training materials and deliver online training sessions
- Conduct post-implementation audits to ensure process effectiveness
- Develop and maintain compliance, statistical, and periodic reports
- Make recommendations for process improvements and updates
- ITIL V3/4 certification
- Experience in CMDB in BMC Remedy / Helix
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in AAPP projects and knowledge of ENS, ISO 20000, and ISO
This is a full-time teleworking position with a standard 8-hour workday. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a remote environment and communicate regularly with the team.
