At Amgen Sa, we're on a mission to serve patients by harnessing the power of digital transformation. As a Digital Analytics & Omnichannel Specialist, you'll play a key role in accelerating our digital transformation activities, identifying customer needs, and optimizing omnichannel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate digital & omnichannel transformation activities in line with infrastructure challenges
  • Identify and continuously gather internal customer needs to understand customer behavior, improve their experience, and optimize the performance of omnichannel campaigns
  • Analyze and measure the efficiency of digital campaigns, proposing optimizations to meet Omnichannel challenges
  • Liaise with local & global technical teams to meet tool optimization objectives
  • Generate customer insights and implement value-added processes and governance to facilitate transformation
What You'll Do:

In partnership with the digital acceleration project manager, you'll provide expertise to brand teams to help them develop and implement a data-driven omnichannel strategy, based on the needs of healthcare professionals and customers. You'll understand complex data structures and apply analytical methods to generate insights and operational recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes around customer and omnichannel data in partnership with data
  • Lead campaign reporting for Spain; create & distribute customer analytics dashboards summarizing customer acquisition, conversion & engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI solutions
