About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team at Amgen Sa. As a key member of our Digital Acceleration Team, you will play a critical role in accelerating digital and omnichannel transformation activities across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate digital and omnichannel transformation activities in line with infrastructure challenges
  • Identify and continuously gather internal customer needs to understand customer behavior and improve their experience
  • Analyze and measure the efficiency of digital campaigns and propose optimizations to meet omnichannel challenges
  • Liaise with local and global technical teams to meet tool optimization objectives
  • Generate customer insights and implement value-added processes and governance to facilitate transformation
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Analytics Specialist who possesses a strong background in data integration and analytics. You should have a proven track record of working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Spreadsheets, CRM, and Tableau. Additionally, you should have experience with AI and machine learning technologies, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and generative AI models.
