Job Summary

Sonae Sierra, a global real estate player, is seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our Shopping Centre Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shopping centres, including safety and security, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily operations: Oversee the proper running of safety and security, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance teams, ensuring the safety and operability of all systems.
  • Optimize consumptions and resources: Develop and implement plans to reduce waste and optimize resource usage in our shopping centres.
  • Investment planning and management: Identify, select, and propose investment opportunities for our shopping centres, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • ESG Action Plan implementation: Develop and implement an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Action Plan to ensure our shopping centres meet the highest sustainability standards.
  • Reporting and budget management: Prepare technical reports and manage the service charge budget for our shopping centres.
  • Audit and certification collaboration: Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
