Education Program Promoter

At Global University Systems GmbH, we are seeking a highly motivated Programme Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting our program portfolio to potential students and providing them with exceptional support throughout the application process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pipeline of students from initial application to payment of tuition fees. You will strive to achieve set targets and organize your own day-to-day work to meet clear objectives. With minimal supervision, you will lead on and manage the consultative sales process within established parameters and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Correct and time-efficient management of leads pipeline
- Swift managing of students' applications from initial enquiry up to payment of tuition fees and registration
- Proven track record of cultivating meaningful client relationships and delivering monthly results
- Providing individually tailored advice to all prospective students, adapting to different communication styles
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (C1). Previous experience in fast-paced sales is essential, and you should be assertive customer-centric approach ideal demonstrated through prior B2C sales roles. Results-driven, solution-oriented, and self-disciplined individuals who can multitask in a busy working environment will thrive in this position.
