About the Role:
This position plays a vital role in shaping the future of education and professional development within Autodesk. We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for creating engaging programs that drive business impact.

Responsibilities:
Translate the company's education strategy into actionable programs that meet the needs of academia, align with the skills of Autodesk Learning Partners (ALPs), and drive business growth.
Work closely with stakeholders inside and outside Autodesk to develop, execute, and manage programs with a unique funding model.
Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure that students are equipped with the skills required to succeed in industry today and for jobs of the future.
Support ALPs in finding new revenue opportunities to build stronger, more resilient businesses.
Work in a hybrid environment that allows for flexibility and collaboration.

What You Will Accomplish:
This role will be responsible for developing and executing programs that drive business growth, improve student outcomes, and support the development of new business models. You will work closely with a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure that the programs meet the needs of academia, align with the skills of ALPs, and drive business growth. You will also collaborate with ALPs to find new revenue opportunities and support them in building stronger, more resilient businesses.

Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for creating engaging programs that drive business impact. You should have a strong understanding of education strategy, program development, and business growth. You should also be able to work closely with stakeholders inside and outside Autodesk to develop, execute, and manage programs with a unique funding model. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders.
