We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Services Specialist to join our team at Conduent. As a Medical Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, utilizing your expertise in disease state and product information.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries to successful resolution, providing accurate and timely information on products and disease states.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both internal and external, to establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to work independently in a call center environment.
- Contribute to outbound initiatives, making contact with customers to deliver specific product messages.
- Bilingual (Dutch and French, both languages proficient C1/C2 as well as English B2+).
- Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Experience providing medical information and customer service to healthcare professionals over the phone strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal, telephone communication, and written skills required.
- 23 days paid holiday per annum.
- Permanent contract.
- EUR 1,50 a day WFH allowance.
- 100% WFH/Remote.
- Medical Insurance scheme.
