About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Data Analyst, 3P to join our International Indirect Tax Compliance team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex data solutions and dashboards that underpin the reporting for Amazon's indirect tax.
Key Responsibilities
- Support tax initiatives from a project management and data perspective, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with indirect tax colleagues to extract data, analyze data requests, and improve existing processes by automating and reducing manual work.
- Perform process analysis to design or redesign multiple integrated process workflows and process issues to ensure that Amazon processes are state-of-the-art and efficient.
- Implement projects to optimize data operations, working closely with technology partners to innovate and maintain complex business and data solutions.
- Conduct hands-on detailed data research and analysis of large financial data sets, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving data quality issues.
