About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Data Analyst to join our International Indirect Tax Compliance team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex data solutions and dashboards that underpin the reporting for Amazon indirect tax.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end projects, including analysis, organization, and planning, to support cross-functional teams.
  • Support indirect tax colleagues with data requests, data questions, and extracting data on their behalf.
  • Improve existing processes by automating and reducing manual work.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to innovate and maintain complex business and data solutions.
  • Perform process analysis to design or redesign multiple integrated process workflows and process issues.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues.
  • Implement projects to optimize data operations.
  • Work with key technology providers to support technology upgrades, migrations, and other initiatives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards used by tax compliance teams.
