Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We're seeking a talented SEO Lead to join our eDreams ODIGEO team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Liligo Marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving growth through strategic SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with our business goals, focusing on increasing organic traffic, searches, and leads.
  • Prioritize SEO projects based on KPIs like Revenue Per Visit (RPV), Lead Per Search (LPS), and Revenue Per Search (RPS).
  • Continuously adapt strategies to account for market changes and algorithm updates, particularly focusing on the flight section where traffic trends need close monitoring.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including SEO content writers and external resources, to drive SEO initiatives forward.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, such as the CMO, Head of Sales, Content, IT, Data, and Design teams, to ensure alignment and support for SEO initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external providers and agencies involved in link building, content creation, and technical SEO.
  • Oversee technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture optimization, CMS management, and resolving complex SEO issues tied to legacy systems.
  • Lead programmatic SEO efforts to scale content creation, leveraging data-driven approaches and SQL-based data manipulation to generate pages effectively.
  • Collaborate with content resources to guide content strategy for commercial and magazine sections, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Optimize existing content at scale, utilizing complex keyword research, internal linking strategies, and scoring models to enhance performance.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, Sistrix, and PowerBI, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine a scoring model for internal linking and page prioritization, integrating business metrics with SEO data.
  • Drive the international SEO strategy, focusing on markets where Liligo has recently relaunched, addressing challenges such as lack of first-party data and content localization.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with backend and data teams, ensuring seamless execution of technical SEO projects.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Proven experience in leading SEO for a complex content-rich platform, ideally within the travel or ecommerce sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and programmatic SEO techniques.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with experience using SQL, BigQuery, and various SEO tools.
  • Great leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving SEO growth and adapting to changes in search engine algorithms.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
