What We're Looking For
  • A high-skilled VP, Technical SEO to lead efforts to enhance organic traffic growth by partnering with product, engineering, and content teams.
  • Someone with expertise in SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, BrightEdge, DeepCrawl, and Majestic.
  • A leader with knowledge and proven experience with International SEO.
  • A strategic thinker with experience in executing SEO strategies across a portfolio of buyer brands, content, and media types.
Responsibilities
  • Implement technical SEO strategies to increase traffic to buyer sites through on-page techniques such as title and meta-tagging, indexing, keyword ranking, and off-page techniques like link building and backlink profile.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering leaders on prioritizing and implementing Technical SEO improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance and review tracking metrics to drive enhancements and provide solutions to increase search engine ranking.
  • Research and evaluate new traffic trends and identify new optimization opportunities.
  • Develop an SEO testing strategy, including evaluating SEO testing tools and determining how to use them alongside traditional A/B experience testing tools.
  • Lead a globally distributed team, hiring and developing top talent, and managing a positive group dynamic to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Sales and Marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise with technical SEO and leading data-driven strategies.
  • Expertise with SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, BrightEdge, DeepCrawl, and Majestic.
  • Knowledge and proven experience with International SEO.
  • BA in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience, MBA degree preferred.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution, with proven ability to work collaboratively and drive solutions with technical teams.
