Job Overview

As a key member of the International People Solutions team, the Head of Affiliate Network will play a pivotal role in driving quality traffic and developing strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts. This position requires a leader who can oversee the successful management of top accounts, develop and implement effective affiliate management strategies, and provide valuable insights on market and creative trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful management of top accounts, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
  • Develop and implement effective affiliate management strategies, leveraging industry expertise and market trends.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest market and creative trends, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Regularly evaluate and report on department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes for optimization.
  • Manage business negotiations and close deals with top partners, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Build strong internal networks for collaboration and knowledge sharing across the company, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience and a proven track record in the affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, or lead generation industry.
  • Outstanding people management skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong technical understanding and strategic mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • KPI-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data analysis.
  • Business-level English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
