About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Innovaderm Research. As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials in the field of dermatology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful trial execution
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, clinical operations, and data management
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Client Management
    • Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors and clients
    • Provide regular updates on trial progress and address any concerns or issues
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of project coordinators and assistants
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
  • Quality and Risk Management
    • Ensure trials are conducted in accordance with GCP and ICH standards
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure trial success
  • Financial Management
    • Manage trial budgets and ensure financial reports are accurate and timely
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as life sciences or healthcare
  • Experience
    • At least 10 years of experience in clinical trials, including 7 years in a project management role
    • Experience in managing global clinical trials, including trials in multiple regions
    • Experience in leading multi-centered, multinational phase III clinical trials
  • Skills
    • Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards, local country regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment and establish good relationships with colleagues and sponsors
