Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Europe to lead our Asset Management team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of our operating fleet in Europe, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Asset Management team in Europe, responsible for warranty claims, spare parts shipments, customer training, software deployments, and technical service activities.
- Act as primary customer contact for customer issues and operating fleet performance, ensuring high-quality customer service and minimal escalations.
- Build, manage, coach, and lead the Asset Management team in Europe, providing high levels of oversight and retention.
- Execute the operating budget of the Asset Management team in Europe, including team sizing, resource planning, hiring, compensation packages, and operational expenditures.
- Implement and manage dashboards and reporting templates to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relative to Asset Management business and the Nextracker operating fleet.
- Support the deployment of software and data analysis solutions and services.
