Construction Project Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our Cloud Operations and Innovation team at Microsoft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive campus-based delivery solutions, analyzing technical information and providing recommendations to support solutions.
- Assist campus teams to establish goals for project teams, assigning responsibilities, measuring performance, and seeking and delivering feedback to achieve timely results.
- Review engineering documentation/designs, site, and building plans by examining and analyzing technical information.
- Identify potential risks/gaps and provide recommendations to project teams that mitigate risk and improve overall constructability.
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure new processes are being followed that increase program cost savings and improve overall cycle-time and efficiencies.
- Facilitate the delivery of metro-based/campus projects by making timely data-based decisions in partnership with local project team and key stakeholders.
**Requirements**
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-direct and lead project teams.
- Strong background in Data Center design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements.
- Emphasis on project/construction management and Data Center lease market experience.
- Client representation and project-level services.
