About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager to join our team at Celonis. As a Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning the execution of our most important processes in the product organization, including the feature request process, product review meetings, early customer engagement programs, and product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the feature request process, ensuring timely and efficient processing of customer requests.
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce friction in the product organization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering operations, go-to-market, and other departments, to ensure seamless execution of processes.
  • Provide data and insights to inform product roadmap decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customer needs and challenges.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
  • Proactive attitude, with a strong desire to drive tasks to completion and improve processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluent English.
