About the Role

Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology, is seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager to join our Product & Engineering organization. As a trusted advisor and business partner to Product Management, you will play a critical role in helping us scale our product management function.

The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for owning the execution of our most important processes, including feature request management, product review meetings, early customer engagement programs, and product launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering operations, go-to-market, and other departments, to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of these processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the execution of feature request management, including assessment, prioritization, and implementation of new features
  • Develop and maintain processes and frameworks for product launches, feature requests, and product review meetings
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide data and insights to inform product roadmap decisions and drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in interacting with customers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and challenges
  • Ability to tackle complex problems using both quantitative and qualitative approaches
  • Proactive attitude, with a strong drive to take initiative and drive tasks to completion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluent English
