About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager to join our team at Celonis. As a Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning the execution of our most important processes in the product organization, including feature request, product review meetings, early customer engagement programs, and product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and improve our feature request process, ensuring timely and efficient handling of customer and partner requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering Operations, and Go-to-Market, to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, automations, and simplifications to increase efficiency and reduce friction.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand customer needs and challenges, and provide insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Ensure seamless execution of product launches, including coordination with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree, such as in Computer Science.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in interacting with customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and challenges.
  • Ability to tackle complex problems using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
  • Proactive attitude, taking initiative and driving tasks to completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluent English.
