Job Title: Senior Manager, Procurement, Corporate Materials and Services

International Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement, Corporate Materials and Services to lead the Corporate Materials Services (CMS) category in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing strategies to source a competitive and cost-effective regional portfolio of materials services related to finance, fleet, marketing communications, professional services, and travel entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional category strategies to ensure objectives are met with lowest life cycle costs
  • Lead the procurement of corporate materials and services, including finance, fleet, marketing communications, professional services, and travel entertainment
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and ensure alignment with IFF business objectives
  • Participate on Category teams to align sourcing strategies with global, regional, and local business needs
  • Develop and maintain strong sourcing capabilities within IFF in EMEA
  • Provide functional guidance to the resources assigned to you (Senior Buyer)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Science/Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of related experience in services procurement, supplier relationship management, and procurement excellence
  • CPSM or SPSM or related certification in supply chain or procurement excellence
  • Strong knowledge of business practices and financial concepts/impact/analyses
  • Strong people skills, project management, and experience in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent oral and written skills in English language
