We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Procurement, Corporate Materials and Services to lead our corporate materials services category in the EMEA region. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to source a competitive and cost-effective regional portfolio of materials services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a regional category strategy to ensure objectives are met with lowest life cycle costs
- Implement strategies within the portfolio, driving results and achieving strategic objectives
- Execute a disciplined application of IFF's strategic sourcing methodology, including spend analysis, market intelligence, and full market analysis
- Negotiate master agreements with strategic vendors and resolve vendor performance issues
- Provide functional guidance to the resources assigned to you (Senior Buyer)
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Science/Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Related experience in services procurement, supplier relationship management (10 years)
- CPSM or SPSM or related certification in supply chain or procurement excellence
- Strong knowledge of business practices and financial concepts/impact/analyses
- Fluent oral and written skills in the English language
