Job Summary

Iff is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Procurement, Corporate Materials and Services to lead the development and execution of strategies to source a competitive and cost-effective regional portfolio of materials and services.

This role will involve managing relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with IFF business objectives, and participating on Category teams to align sourcing strategies with global, regional, and local business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing materials and services costs and performance of their full portfolio, including establishing the sourcing strategy and setting strategic objectives, while optimizing their supplier portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing strong sourcing capabilities within IFF in EMEA, that support the organisation in delivering successful corporate materials and services regionally.
  • Maintaining connections with the main internal stakeholders to understand demand and future trends in their needs.
  • Developing regional category strategies for your categories, to ensure objectives are met, with lowest life cycle costs.
  • Implementing strategies within the portfolio, driving results and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Executing a disciplined application of IFF's strategic sourcing methodology.


This role will also include responsibility for year over year savings for the CMS category, continuous improvements in working capital, supplier development, and collaborating with suppliers to drive IFF's digital strategy and innovation programs.

The successful candidate will be a valued business partner across the organization and support initiatives to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
