Job Title: Admissions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admissions Coordinator to join our team at Berklee College of Music. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and enrollment of students.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with the review and processing of applications, including transcripts and supporting materials.
  • Conduct guided campus tours and provide information about our programs and facilities.
  • Manage student data and maintain accurate records.
  • Support admissions events and other institutional recruitment functions.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a concentration in music, performing arts, or education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite, and MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in international admissions.
  • Performing arts or music industry experience.
  • Previous study abroad or other significant international experience.
