Marketing Manager for Consumer Fragrances

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Consumer Fragrances to join our team at DSM. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the consumer fragrances market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the consumer fragrances market, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Manage and analyze market research and data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovations to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer goods or fragrances.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
