About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Activation Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Consumer Fragrances team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of fragrances for consumer brands in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market and trends, and identify new business opportunities for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful presentations and materials that showcase our unique value proposition.
  • Contribute to the development of our Regional Consumers Brands European strategy, and execute it locally through the deployment of proactive initiatives.
  • Monitor local product and fragrance databases to feed our tools and identify new clients to pursue in the Spanish market.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry or in Home Care (Laundry or Surface Care) or Personal Care (Beauty) industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brand clients, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Good leadership and drive skills, with a structured and strategic thinking approach.
