Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong cross-category expertise of the local market and trends, and feed the team about new business opportunities or potential white spaces.
- Know the strategic local players, brands, and clients portfolios to identify rising stars.
- Contribute to the Regional Consumers Brands European strategy and execute it locally through the deployment of proactive initiatives.
- Design material for defined European proactive initiatives and deliver impactful presentations to respond to briefs.
- Monitor local product & fragrance databases to feed dsm-firmenich tools and identify new clients to pursue in the Spanish market.

Requirements:
- 6-8 years' experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry or in Home Care or Personal Care industry.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
- Good leadership and drive skills, with a structured and strategic thinking approach.
- Engaged, can-do attitude and proactive spirit, with a teamwork-oriented approach.
