Key responsibilities include building and managing a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level, SVP/VP-Level and influencers/decision makers of all sizes within the agency, creating and executing cross-team project plans, developing commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions with a focus on video centric solutions, and leading education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of training, roadshows, summits and other agency-wide events.
Basic qualifications include a strong business leader with a deep understanding of the Advertising Landscape, relevant years of B2B sales experience, prior experience in agency development, business development, partnerships or sales at a major media company and/or experience working in a 'Big 6' Holding Company, domain expertise in digital advertising with focus on Streaming TV/Linear TV/Video, experience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, Linear TV, Video Strategies), established relationships at, and/or deep understanding of, 'Big 6' Holding Companies, experience in agency stakeholder relationship management (particularly across Strategy, Planning and Investment functions), translating their business needs into revenue driving opportunities for mutual success, and thrive in fast paced dynamic environment, be adept at dealing with ambiguity and have good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred qualification includes experience working in global media companies.
