Regional Head of Clinical Operations for Southern and Central Eastern Europe

Bristol-Myers Squibb is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, and we're seeking a talented Regional Head of Clinical Operations to join our team. As a key member of our RCO Leadership Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the direction of our clinical operations strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for site management and monitoring across the BMS R&D portfolio in Southern and Central Eastern Europe.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure regional perspectives and operational implications are considered in global initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead the development of strategies to support the evolution of our GDO business operating model.
- Lead a multi-national team of clinical operations professionals and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and career development to maximize their potential.
- Empower country-level clinical trial management teams to deliver high-quality performance and results.
- Represent the Company in key interactions with external partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, with an advanced degree preferred.
Experience Requirements: At least 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience, with significant global clinical trial expertise and a successful track record of leading through influence.
Key Competency Requirements: Strong influential leadership and communication capabilities, with the ability to partner across various collaborative forums.
