Sales Excellence Team Job Description

Sd Worx is seeking a Pricing Strategy Specialist to join our Sales Excellence Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient implementation of pricing strategies across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement pricing changes and promotions in our pricing systems accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor and verify the accuracy of pricing updates across all platforms.
  • Maintain the integrity of pricing data and ensure consistency across all systems.
  • Ensure Quotes and Order Forms are approved within pricing and discount policies.
  • Run day-to-day quote and pricing build up/approvals.

Collaboration and Support

  • Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to help drive new deals as well as up-sell opportunities (tactical pricing).
  • Assist the sales team with pricing-related inquiries and issues.
  • Manage escalations to senior leadership when applicable.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes and system functionalities.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving pricing implementation efficiency and accuracy.

Data Management and Analysis

  • Generate and distribute regular internal pricing performance reports.
  • Provide analysis and insights on won & lost past deals priced and feedback strategic pricing director.

Requirements

  • Possess strong analytical skill and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet business needs.
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Program and project management skills.
  • Adept at business partnering and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role.
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles.

Location and Reporting

  • Preferred location: Spain (Malaga/Granada/Barcelona)
  • Reporting to the Commercial Pricing Director
