About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Partner to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion for our Spanish organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define growth strategies, assess market trends, and inform growth plans.
  • Pricing Optimization: Analyze pricing structures and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue, monitor price elasticity, and implement dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Promotion Optimization: Devise and execute promotional guidelines to boost sales and customer engagement, evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Portfolio Management: Work closely with Commercial and Brand Activation teams to optimize the product portfolio, identify opportunities for new product launches or enhancements.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage customer sell-out information to identify growth opportunities, customer segments, and market gaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Sales, Brand Activation, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives, communicate effectively to ensure seamless execution of revenue-enhancing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or growth strategy in FMCG environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, Python, etc.) with a clear 'insights to action' orientation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to write and present clearly and persuasively.
