About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation through strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead talent development and engagement initiatives to drive business performance and growth
  • Oversee employee relations, compensation, and benefits to ensure a competitive and equitable work environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs and develop solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders to ensure effective talent management and development
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation through strategic people initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with business leaders to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and relationships quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple priorities and competing demands
