**Job Summary**
As a Housekeeping Associate at Marriott International, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our hotel's reputation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service.
- Restock supplies and transport carts to assigned areas.
- Enter guest rooms following established procedures to ensure guest privacy and security.
- Replace guest amenities and supplies, including linens and toiletries.
- Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
- Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items.
- Check appliances and furniture for cleanliness and functionality.
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or accidents.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Anticipate and address guest service needs.
- Assist guests with disabilities.
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Support team members to achieve common goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
