Descripción del puesto

Este puesto forma parte del Departamento de Producción Programática y estará responsable de garantizar el apoyo a las misiones gestionadas por la sede de Nueva York durante todo el ciclo de proyecto (formulación, planificación, seguimiento y evaluación, y cierre) de proyectos financiados por ECHO y EUROPEAID, y asegurar el cumplimiento con las regulaciones de los donantes.

El trabajo con el instrumento de gestión de contratos de la organización (Gespra) es fundamental en esta función.

Actividades clave
  • Ayudar en la gestión de proyectos ECHO y UE implementados por la sede de Nueva York: ayuda, en colaboración con la Coordinación de ECHO-US en el Departamento de Producción, a la gestión de proyectos ECHO y UE implementados por la sede de Nueva York, monitoreando estos proyectos de manera proactiva y manteniendo comunicación directa con los donantes.
  • Proporcionar apoyo a las misiones de Nueva York desde la sede de Madrid en la gestión y preparación de propuestas y contratos firmados por la sede de Madrid e implementados por misiones de África Oriental, en coordinación con la sede de Nueva York y su oficina regional en África Oriental.
  • Apoyar la supervisión de indicadores de alerta que permitan la corrección oportuna de posibles desviaciones y promover la toma de decisiones para adaptar el contrato a los diferentes desafíos de ejecución que puedan surgir.
  • Fomentar la recopilación de lecciones aprendidas de la implementación de estos proyectos para mejorar los procesos de trabajo y la implementación de proyectos de la organización.
Requisitos y habilidades
  • Experiencia en gestión de ciclo de proyectos.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de campo es valiosa.
  • Antecedentes previos en la red internacional Acción Contra El Hambre son valiosos.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia, deseable experiencia en el campo y experiencia con ECHO y la Unión Europea.
  • Conocimientos en monitoreo de presupuestos.
  • Excelente dominio de Office.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes internacionales de corta duración.
  • Dominio competente del inglés y el español es esencial.
  • El francés es muy valorado.
