About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative UX Researcher to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Experience Group, you will play a critical role in driving efforts to transform and improve users' digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Experience Architecture, Experience Design, Customer Insights, Engineering, Operations, and Product, to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Generate insights that fuel ideation and evaluate designs, including understanding current state and behavior, as well as analyzing the impact of changes to the user experience.
  • Investigate user behavior and user needs using empirical research methods such as logs analysis, survey research, path modeling, and regression analysis.
  • Define and measure quantitative UX topics, goals, and metrics in collaboration with Experience Designers, Experience Architects, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers.
  • Gather, analyze, and make sense of UX data and usage metrics to better understand behavior.
  • Generate essential inputs for designing useful, usable products that meet and exceed user needs.
  • Work independently to design, execute, and analyze quantitative research studies.
  • Run large-scale surveys, experimental design tests, statistical analyses, develop reports, and build dashboards.
  • Use methods and tools that include survey research, in-product testing, behavioral analytics, regression analysis, and logs analysis.
  • Examine existing data and product designs to generate hypotheses and plans for high-impact research.
  • Work with data teams to query and synthesize insights that support designers' or product managers' hypotheses.

Requirements

  • Experience in quantitative UX research, including behavioral research design, statistical methods, and general programming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles and practices.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including survey research, in-product testing, and behavioral analytics.
