Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Agent to join our team in Belgium, specifically in the Dutch/Flemish speaking market. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sharp, quick technical support to customers via email and phone
  • Be the voice of our customers, using their feedback to continuously improve our product and services
  • Set up internal processes to better respond to customer requests
  • Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch/Flemish and fluent in English
  • Experience in customer support or handling client challenges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-driven and able to work in a dynamic, evolving startup environment
