Application Manager for SAP Signavio
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Manager for SAP Signavio to join our team at the Kardex Group. As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and improvement of the application, providing guidance and advice on all business and technical aspects of the daily business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Application Management: You will oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the SAP Signavio applications, ensuring that the application runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
- Business Process Improvement: You will work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement solutions using SAP Signavio tools.
- Integration and Customization: You will work with the IT department and other teams to integrate SAP Signavio with other systems and applications, and adapt the application to meet specific business requirements.
- Security and Compliance: You will ensure the security compliance with organizational security guidelines and standards, and manage user access and permissions.
- Performance Monitoring, Data Analysis, and Reporting: You will monitor application performance and usage statistics, create reports on application performance, user activities, and other relevant metrics. Based on data analysis, you will provide insights and recommendations for various interest groups.
- Training and Education: You will conduct training and workshops to educate users on SAP Signavio functionalities, best practices, and processes.
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in managing SAP Signavio or similar BPM tools (Business Process Management).
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP Signavio, including configuration and customization, understanding of business process management and modeling, knowledge of system integration and data management.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in SAP Signavio or BPM tools are an asset.
