Job Description

Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n und versierte/n Application Owner (m/w/d) für SAP Signavio.

Job Summary

Als Application Owner bist du verantwortlich für den Betrieb und die Verbesserung der SAP Signavio-Anwendung. Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für alle geschäftlichen und technischen Aspekte im Tagesgeschäft und arbeitest eng mit den entsprechenden Prozess-/Daten-Eigentümern und dem Solution Architect zusammen.

Tasks
  • Anwendungsmanagement: Du überwachst den täglichen Betrieb und die Wartung der SAP Signavio-Anwendungen und stellst sicher, dass die Anwendung jederzeit reibungslos und effizient läuft.
  • Geschäftsprozessverbesserung: Du arbeitest mit Geschäftsinteressenten zusammen, um Anforderungen zu verstehen, Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung zu identifizieren und Lösungen mit SAP Signavio-Tools zu implementieren.
  • Integration und Anpassung: Du arbeitest mit der IT und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um SAP Signavio mit anderen Systemen und Anwendungen zu integrieren und die Anwendung an die spezifischen Geschäftsanforderungen anzupassen.
  • Sicherheit und Compliance: Du stellst die Sicherheitskonformität mit den organisatorischen Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Standards sicher und verwaltest den Benutzerzugang und die Berechtigungen.
  • Leistungsüberwachung, Datenanlyse und Reporting: Du überwachst die Anwendungsperformance und Nutzungsstatistiken, erstellst Berichte über die Anwendungsleistung, Nutzeraktivitäten und andere relevante Metriken.
Requirements
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlicher Ausbildungshintergrund
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von SAP Signavio oder ähnlichen BPM-Tools (Business Process Management)
  • Beherrschung von SAP Signavio, einschließlich dessen Konfiguration und Anpassung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessmanagement und -modellierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Systemintegration und des Datenmanagements
