**About Us**

**Our Products and Team**

The Core Sales Execution Product Owner is responsible for Sales Force Automation products for Off and On Trade teams. This includes customer relationship management, visit planning and execution, territory allocation, routing management, and sales execution performance.

**Your Role**

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead and manage an Agile Squad, oversee the development of the product roadmap, and manage backlog priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering new demands and translating them into features and user stories
  • Prioritizing the product backlog and managing risks and interdependencies with other squads
  • Steering and driving squad delivery, facilitating day-to-day interactions within the squad
  • Contributing to product vision definition, leading product builds, and analyzing features and user stories
  • Celebrating product value realization through KPI tracking and product catalog management

**Working with Our Team**

You will report to a Product Manager and work closely with Domain Proximity Lead, Service Management, Key Users, Resources Lead, Product Teams, and Squad Members.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
