About the Role

As a Senior Treasury and Accounting Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing seQura's cash flow, ensuring it is efficiently optimized and utilized to support the company's financial stability and growth. You will maintain accurate accounting practices, monitor and control cash inflow and outflow, and identify and address cash flow discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update short- and long-term cash forecasts, managing cash needs and surpluses.
  • Perform detailed reconciliation and oversight of customer and supplier account balances, ensuring accurate alignment of financial transactions with bank statements.
  • Prepare and deliver treasury reports, including reconciled cash balances, cash flow statements, and cash projections.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cash management effectiveness, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with finance colleagues to manage the cash position and reporting, and assist other teams with monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Establish and develop banking relationships, working closely with the Head of Accounting.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards regarding cash management.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of cash management and financial reporting principles. You will be working closely with the finance team to drive business growth and stability.
