About the Role

As a Senior Treasury and Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing seQura's cash flow. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling cash inflow and outflow, ensuring the company has sufficient cash to meet its business plan. You will also develop and update short- and long-term cash forecasts, manage cash needs and surpluses, and perform detailed reconciliation and oversight of customer and supplier account balances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control cash flow to ensure financial stability and growth
  • Develop and update cash forecasts to manage cash needs and surpluses
  • Perform detailed reconciliation and oversight of customer and supplier account balances
  • Prepare and deliver treasury reports, including cash balances, cash flow statements, and cash projections
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cash management effectiveness
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with other finance colleagues to manage the cash position and reporting. You will also need to establish and develop banking relationships and ensure ongoing compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
