As a Senior Treasury and Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing seQura's cash flow, ensuring it is efficiently optimized and utilized to support the company's financial stability and growth, while maintaining accurate accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control the inflow and outflow of cash, ensuring sufficient cash to meet business plans and identifying cash flow discrepancies.
  • Develop and update short- and long-term cash forecasts, managing cash needs and surpluses.
  • Perform detailed reconciliation and oversight of customer and supplier account balances, ensuring accurate alignment of financial transactions with bank statements.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare and deliver treasury reports, including reconciled cash balances, cash flow statements, and cash projections.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cash management effectiveness, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Collaboration and Coordination
  • Work closely with finance colleagues to manage the cash position and reporting.
  • Assist other teams with monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc requests as needed.
System Development and Optimization
  • Develop strategies with the Technology and Data team to build systems and integrations that produce reliable cash flow statements and forecasts.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards regarding cash management.
  • Resolve any issues related to foreign currency exchange.
