What We're Looking For
  • SCADA systems
  • Industrial communication protocols (IEC104, Modbus, OPC)
  • OS Microsoft and Linux management
  • Databases Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
  • Network devices such as CISCO and Fortinet (or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
  • Set-up communications
  • Integrate different protocols mapping
  • Troubleshooting with customers to identify potential problems in configurations
  • Guarantee the highest quality of the renewable asset integrations
  • Update and improve processes and procedures
  • Providing assistance in the use of our systems to users
  • Support tests with customers
  • Interact with customers from the technical side in meetings for troubleshooting
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of real and demonstrated experience working with SCADAs
  • Knowledge in MongoDB, APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and data flow
  • Knowledge in network communication and systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively both technical aspects in depth and technical aspects in a simple way
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)
Desired Skills
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python,.NET, C#)
