Job Title: Project Engineer - Chemical Control Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Veolia team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and project management for chemical control and dosing systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the engineering team in designing and developing chemical control and dosing systems.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations for onsite activities related to chemical feed and water treatment systems.
  • Direct and participate in job site visits to collect or deliver design and engineering data.
  • Meet with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects.
  • Ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing project specifications and technical drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
  • Resolve specialty-related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.
  • Propose new instrumentation solutions and/or improvements for existing ones.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers, ensuring client satisfaction and requirements are addressed or met.
  • Continuously improve our current documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree in Chemical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or similar field.
  • Working experience on the field or in water treatment systems will be valued.
  • Knowledge of process basis elements relevant to water treatment plants will be valued.
  • Capability to carry out documentation for project execution.
  • Demonstrate experience in project management and/or water treatment project management will be valued.
  • Professional English competency is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Valid driver's license for Spain.
